How To Write A Short Story In 3 Simple Steps?

If you don't know how to write a short story using Jarvis, I will give you some clues in this article. You will also discover how to make money with your story.

But first, let me tell you what or who is Jarvis.

Jarvis is an AI-powered copywriting assistant using Generative Pre-trained Transformer 3 (GPT-3) technology.

In other words, Jarvis uses deep machine learning to produce content that looks like a human writes it.

Let's see how it works in practice.

Table of Contents

The story written by Jarvis

I did not edited this story. It is original content produced by Jarvis.

“Oh my goodness, I am so sorry!” The young woman exclaimed as she fell to her knees next to the man. His books spilled out of his arms and shattered on the ground.

The man was still rubbing at his eyes when he looked up at her with confusion filling his face.

Her long locks tumbled down over her shoulders as she reached for one of the pieces that had fallen into a bush across from them. “I'm not sure if it is salvageable but -” She paused mid-sentence when she heard him chuckle. He leaned down next to her and helped pick up some of the broken ones off the ground before turning back towards their original direction in search of a new one.

She bit at her lower lip and craned her neck to get a better look at his face. He had handsome features with thick eyebrows that slanted upwards towards the centre into an arch-shape before they merged together to form a straight line. Right below them were captivating emerald eyes, which looked absolutely stunning against his tanned skin. There was a small, triangular-shaped scar on the left side of his jaw that seemed to disappear behind the corners of his lips.

“I think I have one in my home that might help,” he said as he closed the gap between them while still holding onto her arm with what looked like a concerned expression. He brushed a strand of golden-brown hair away from his eyes and motioned for them to go back down the pathway to his home.

The woman nodded as she stood up along with him. His hand was still wrapped around her arm as they walked back towards another part of the forest together, unaware that someone had been watching them from a distance.

He turned to look at her as they approached his home and couldn't help but admire the gentle curves of her body before quickly averting his gaze. Her silver necklace reflected off the sun's rays as she kept pace with him, moving closer until their bodies were almost touching. Despite this, she was still shorter than him by a noticeable amount.

He felt her tremble when he picked up the book that was sitting on top of his desk and glanced back at her once again. She shivered slightly in the cold air before reaching forward to touch his hand. He stared down at their hands for a moment until she spoke once more.

Almost 500 words written in lest than two minutes. Impressive, isn't?

A Story Written By Jarvis eBook

Using these three tools, I created an eBook in 30 minutes which you can download for free.

The story that Jarvis produced is almost 2600 words long.

I have not edited the text in any way to show you what Jarvis can do.

Take your chance and download it now!

How to start writing a short story with Jarvis?

To start with, you should buy a licence to use this Jarvis software. The license is not cheap, but it will be worth it.

You can trust me on this.

The second tool without which you will not go anywhere is Grammarly. You need to proofread and format all the great stories Jarvis will write.

Both Jarvis and Grammarly are more addictive than any habit, just as you buy two skis to get high in the Alps.

Let's start with Jarvis.

It would be best if you had Boss Mode for $59 a month.

Firstly, the option to write long stories is only available in Boss Mode.

It's always better to buy paid software if you can afford it because of the software's updates and support.

Free software may not get updated or receive any technical support, leading to security issues and data loss.

Paid versions of software also come with full versions that always include more features than the free versions.

If you don't buy it, you won't have the opportunity to create a super exciting story to sell.

Finally, if you do not buy Grammarly, spelling mistakes will send your audience to the next place.

There will be a place without your story.

First step: Use Jarvis to write the story

After logging into your account, select the Templates tab from the menu.

You will see a window like in the picture below.

Now choose the Long Form Assistant template, which is only available in Boss Mode.

Keep this in mind.

Start from scratch

You will now see another Create A New Document window

And here, you must select the Start From Scratch option.

Power mode and creative story option

The following window that opens will look a little different, but you will soon make it look like the picture below.

On the top, there are two buttons next to each other. You have to click on the one on the right, which is called Power Mode.

At the same time, one more window will open, and on the left side, you will see a list.

Select Creative Story from the list, and now your window will look like the picture below.

Easy work, right? Now it's going to get a bit more complicated.

The plot and tone of voice

You will see two small windows, the one above is called Plot, and in this window, you must explain to Jarvis what your story is about.

You can use up to 600 characters, and you don't have to be very creative here. Jarvis will do the rest for you.

The second box is Tone Of Voice, and here you need to specify the tone in which you want to create an exciting story.

As you notice, there is no list from which you can choose. Jarvis is intelligent, so he will understand if you write in your own words. For example, scary, witty, exciting, or whatever fits the story you are creating.

Once you have filled in both fields, you need to click the Generate AI Content button at the bottom.

There is one more small detail to note. Next to the button, you can choose the number of versions of the first paragraph. The standard setting is three versions, but you can increase the number to ten.

First paragraph

Now that you have several options for the first paragraph of the created story, you must select one of these options and move it to the window on the right.

Click on the selected paragraph, and a new window will open in the middle. In the top right corner of this window, you will find a Copy button.

Press it and close the window. Then, in the window on the right, paste the selected paragraph.

At the very bottom of the window on the right is the Compose button, and each time you press it, Jarvis will create another piece of the story.

Of course, as you compose the story, you can modify it or add your bits of text, and Jarvis will follow your instructions perfectly.

Here you can be highly creative because you can set the course of events in your story yourself.
For example, you can write: The man walked up to the railing and…, and Jarvis will do the rest.

If you have finished creating your story, it is time to polish it from a technical point of view. In short, grammar, style and minor corrections.

Second step: Use Grammarly to format the story

Grammarly is a very easy to use text styling program. It improves not only grammar but also the style of sentences.

Copy/paste the whole story Jarvis wrote into Grammarly and start correcting according to the suggestions on the right side.

Once you have finished editing your text, you can check for plagiarism.

In the bottom-right corner of the screen, there is a button Plagiarism.

Press it, and the software will show you everything about the plagiarism in your text.

The last step in the creation of your story

I am delighted that we managed to go through the process of creating an exciting story together.

Now it's time to turn your story into a finished product.

You have already saved your work as formatted text in Grammarly. Now you need to convert this text into a PDF or eBook.

Firstly, place your text in a Microsoft Word document. Simply copy/paste. Save this document.

To easily convert MSWrod to PDF, you can export your document to Google Drive and then download it back to your computer in PDF format. It only takes a few minutes and is entirely free of charge.

The second method is not free and will cost you $27 for a lifetime license.

I am talking about a professional eBook creation tool called DesignRR.

DesignRR eBook Creator Tool
Designrr - eBook Creation Tool

With DesignRR, you can turn your MSWord document into a professional-looking eBook in a matter of minutes.

The software is straightforward to use and does not require any special skills from you.

Watch this short video and see for yourself how easy this software is to use.

Of course, there is also a PRO plan available, which will cost you $97 per year, but a regular license will be enough to get you started.

In the PRO plan, you can create a 3D cover image, and what is most important is that you can easily export your eBook to Amazon KDP, iBooks or ePub.

Now you have an exciting, well-formatted story to sell somewhere. Here's a list of the places I've found to be most effective.

Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP)

The Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) is the largest e-book retailer globally.

To publish a book on KDP, you must upload your manuscript and cover image in an electronic format such as MS Word or PDF. You can also upload your eBook from other retailers onto KDP, but it has to be done individually for each retailer.

After uploading your material, you'll need to fill out a short form with information about your book, including the title and a description of the content. Describe what your book is about in 200 words or less. You can include up to five keywords to help potential customers find your book when searching on Amazon.

BookBaby is a self-publishing platform where you can sell your eBooks and audiobooks to the public, as well as any other digital product, such as PDF files.

It offers many practical tools that make it easy for authors and publishers to create and distribute their books with minimal effort.

All you need to do is upload your file, fill out a few fields and then share the download link with your readers.

Payhip will take care of the rest!

E-junkie is a popular e-commerce solution for any business that needs to sell products online. It has powerful features that can handle all your products, inventory, and customer management.

E-junkie is a fully hosted service that starts at only $5.95 per month. You can try it free for 30 days!

If you are thinking about setting up an online store, E-junkie should be on your list of places to check out!

It can handle almost anything you need, but E-junkie can easily be customized to suit your needs if you have special requirements.

You know how to write a short story. What next?

You have just received complete instructions from me on how to write a short story. Now you can turn all this knowledge into your online business.

Everything I've described above, but below I will leave you with instructions on what to do with it.

Generally speaking, you need to make the purchases which I suggest and start working.

Online business is not difficult or impossible.

It requires some work and investment.

From me, you get all the knowledge for free, everything on a silver platter.

This is probably a good start.

Your shopping list

DesignRR – eBook Creation Tool – $27 standard lifietime licence

Your earning potential

Well, it isn't easy to give a definite answer because your earnings always depend on your commitment. Therefore, at this point, I will use examples that you can confirm.

At the very beginning, check on Amazon KDP, the work of Richard Osman – The Man Who Died Twice.

Pay attention to the rating, and remember that no more than 10% of people leave a comment or opinion.

Did you find over 9,000 reviews there, didn't you?

Creative Story Sold on Amazon

In the UK, this book is available for £9 apiece. So assuming that the number of copies sold is around 90,000,

It is easy to calculate that the author has earned around £810,000 from his work.

810,000 British pounds is pretty good. Do you want to convert that into your currency?

Remember one vital thing

Just creating a good product is only the first step.

The obvious thing is that you have to promote your product.

The way you promote it, and the amount of money you invest will have a proportional impact on your earnings.

If you write a brilliant and super exciting story but don't show it to anyone, you won't earn anything.

Publishing on Amazon KDP will not guarantee you mega-profits!

Only after a successful promotion will you start earning.

Honest and true.

Remember one more important thing!

Once you have created a product, it stays on the internet forever. Start making money on one, and then you can create another, and another.

Don't create 50 products at once.

To make good money, you will have to focus on one promotion. Only after your first product starts making money invest that money in another project.

One last important thing to remember!

Money makes money. If you use professional tools to create a business, you will get professional-looking results in return.

The more money you spend on advertising your product, the more people will learn about your product.

There are no shortcuts here.

Of course, you can do all of the above for free. Yes, it is accurate, and you can do it for free.

But don't complain later that the results will appear in twenty years if you see any results.

Now it is your turn.

When you learn the business from me, remember that it does not matter what you have, but what you do with it.

So get to work! Be creative!

If you have any further questions, please leave me a message in the comments section below.

Of course, you can also chat with me on Messenger if I am available.

Firstly, please read the FAQ section.

Good luck!

How much money you will spend on promotions is also at your discretion.

The more you invest in advertisements, the more significant profits you can expect.

On my website Horus London, you will find all the information that will help you determine the difficulty level.

I don't know you, and I can't say whether it will be difficult for you or not.

Pull yourself together and get started. You will see.

You don't have to have any of them.

You can write a short story yourself and without the help of Jarvis. It will take you a few days. Jarvis took a few minutes.

Also, you don't need Grammarly if you speak perfect English.

Moreover, you don't need to buy Designrr. Of course, you can create PDFs for free with Google Drive. Also, you can make a cover in Paint – all for free.

Yes, there's quite a lot of free software that can help you create your product.

Free usually means either poor quality or lack of functionality.

You will waste more time and nerves, but you can do everything with freeware.

I would have to be crazy to give you that guarantee.

Your success depends only on you. It depends on how much work you put into your product and how much money you put into promoting it.

If you base your business on economic investment, you can expect more or less similar profits.
